Delivery of Materials:
1. All Materials will be delivered to your home a day or two before we start the project.
2. A container or trailer might be required to remove the old roof debris and could stay parked at you home or business for the duration of the job.
Before We Start:
1. You will speak to your representative, who will keep you informed of any problems that might come up during the roofing process.
2. Your representative will go over the installation list with the foreman and make sure all your concerns will be addressed.
3. Please open a bundle of shingles and check color to make sure it is what you expected.
What you Can Do To Help:
1. Please remove all breakable items from walls, ceilings, cabinets, and the working area outside. Vibration can occur during the removal, loading of materials, and installation of your new roof.
2. Make sure your driveway is free of cars during the installation period.
3. Cover furniture and draperies to protect from dust and debris.
4. Remove any outdoor hanging items ie. plants, wind chimes, pictures, etc. that could be damaged.
5. If the garage is not sheet-rocked, cover any objects you’d like protected from falling debris.
6. Unlock Gates and Please Kennel Pets
7. Let neighbors know prior to excessive noise and traffic.
